How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel an order, contact customer service at (888) 5LE-DREP or (888) 553-3737 or email support@theledrep.com.

How much is shipping?

All orders qualify for free ground shipping if they are shipped to an address in the lower 48 states

What happens if an item is on back order? 

If some items are on back order at the time of the order, we will ship you the in stock item immediately and the remaining item will ship as soon as its replenished. No additional shipping charges are applied.

What if my item arrived damaged?

TheLEDRep will replace or issue a refund for any damaged or incorrect items as well as any applicable shipping costs if we made an error shipping your order or it was damaged in shipment.

Is there a warranty on the product I buy?

Manufacturer warranties vary by product, but we stand behind all of the products we sell and are very happy to work with our customers directly to resolve issues relating to product performance.

Does TheLEDRep charge sales tax?

TheLEDrep collects sales tax for orders shipping to Nevada or orders without a valid resellers permit. Please note that you may be responsible for paying sales tax in states where we do not collect it.

What methods of payment does TheLEDRep accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards are accepted. Payment by PayPal, check, money order, personal check, or wire transfer are also acceptable. 

How do we use your information? 

We may use the information we collect from you such as contact information, billing/shipping information, phone number, and email address to serve our customers in the best and most efficient manner possible. What if I forget my password?

No problem, we can send it to you by email. Simply go to the Login page and select 'Forgot password?' below the email and password boxes. Fill in your email address, click 'Submit', and an email will be sent to you containing your password.
